Read moreAlain holds a PhD degree in Engineering (Physics) at EPFL, Lausanne, and a Business Management training at Harvard Business School, Boston. Active at first in process and product development, he then held senior management positions in large international companies (Nestlé Switzerland and US, Tupperware Europe) and General Manager positions in medium size industrial companies. He joined GRT GROUP in 2005, when he was in charge of the industrial development of various technologies, before becoming CEO and president of the board in 2010. Today, he is Chairman of the Group.

He was Chairman of Electro Power Systems (Euronext Paris). He was Managing Director E.ON Italia, E.ON Energia, and Enel Energia, Board member AMGA, Head of Marketing ENEL, Business Development director Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, assistant of managing director and business developer of Techint (Tenaris Group) and CTIP, project manager P&G EU HQ. He was head of the Far East desk of Istituto Affari Internazionali. Today he is CEO of GRT Group, board member and president of the Nominee Committee of Terna Spa and ct. professor at MBA Luiss, Rome.

Read moreMaurizio holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering and has more than 30 years’ experience in the engineering sector and in the management of industrial plants. He was initially Plant Director, then General Director in medium-large companies and he has experience as technical consultant. Maurizio held General Director, President and CEO positions at Metalsistem S.p.A. He is currently a Member Council at Gerson Lehrman Group for consulting activities. He joined GRT in 2018 as CEO of GRT Italia.

As previous professional experience she was auditor for Deloitte, Finance Director for Servirail Italia-Newrest Group and Manager for PwC Advisory, where she gained 10 years’ experience working for international groups such as Siemens, Daimler Chrysler and Pirelli. She participated in IPOs for the Italian Stock Exchange and was a trainer at Pisa University for the Postgraduate Master in Internal Controls.

He was responsible for projects such as the development and qualification of a composite manufacturing line for space applications.
